Thinking of joining a Golf Club? Why not join my Club, Liverpool.
In 1951 I joined this great Club and in 1953 I was a member of a school golf team that won the NSW Public Schools Golf Championship. Three members of that team were also Junior members of Liverpool. Although it was not a Club competition, the members thought so much of our win that money was raised to purchase and present each of us with a blazer. I still have mine and it is a memento that exemplifies the type of member we have always had.
In playing this wonderful game I have been fortunate enough to represent the Club on many occasions and I enjoy my golf as much now as I did all those years ago.
